In 2008 the eighth generation was revealed and the Accord become even more spacious and powerful. The 4-cylinder engine now pumps out 177 hp and 161 lb-ft. of torque. The optional V6 pushes that even higher, to 272 hp and 254 lb-ft. of torque. The combined interior space of the Accord sits at 120 cu-ft. Other changes to the interior were less extensive.

The Most Recent Accords

 

The Accord reached its current generation in 2012 and saw another jump in power. The base engine now produces 185 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque. The technology of the Honda sedan was also improved upon, giving drivers an 8-inch touchscreen, backup camera and Bluetooth. Safety features were upgraded and became more active, allowing you to see in your blind spot and get a notification when you drift out of lanes or are about to be involved in a collision.
